My car was on Mot.Faill. Then advise was printed .And quote was to expensive then i decide to do this cheeper parts And other serviceJob was done by other garage much cheeper price for parts. All was fixed as on advisory.Then car was retested after 10 days on the same place And They found more problems to fix before Car was run out mot parked on parking not running .!!!!!How could you explain this.This mean check wasn't done propely.Avoid this place

My Mini developed a fault and was quoted 1000 by them to repair it. I took the car to Sunrise for them to quote and they had a look and looked at various options to get my car back on the road. I was given a courtesy car whilst mine was being repaired and they sorted it for a fraction of what I was quoted by Mini. Fantastic customer service and was kept informed throughout. No cowboys here just genuine mechanics who go the extra mile
I was a customer for many years. Great service in the beginning but standards slipped and prices increased. Many problems with being billed twice for the same thing and incorrect repairs being carried out, the final straw was one of my vehicles being released from their possession without the new part being correctly fitted and bolts being loose. Early issues were reported and despite promises that only the owner of the garage would carry out all repairs on my vehicles going forward, this never materialised and the errors continued. Avoid at all costs!
My car suddenly began having difficulty with it's steering and without having an appointment I was worried I wouldn't be able to be back on the road in time for work the next day. I had no need to worry!! Sunrise staff were happy to take the car in immediately, provided a loan car so I could get on with my day, rang me half-way through the day to ensure the price of the works were within my means and had it back to me within hours. Thank you Sunrise staff AGAIN for your immediate help, fair prices and personal service. Blandford is lucky to have a family-run business that looks after the local people so well!
