Receptionists usually combative and unhelpful. One doctor recently insulted me directly. Used to be a great surgery once upon a time, also marvellous GP's and supporting staff. In recent years this has disappeared. Shortest non urgent appointment I've ever been offered was 5 weeks, longest being 15 weeks.
My daughters medication is NEVER ready, you get told one thing by one and another thing by another. Too many staff up there wondering around doing sweet FA! No communication at all, go to Eagle House and register! Whitecliff Surgery are terrible!
I always feel like this place is hit and miss. There are some friendly doctors who are willing to listen and help but unfortunately there are some unhelpful doctors which have low interest in helping you. Much prefer my old doctors surgery.
Very good. l have had no reason to complain.
Very poor service, been trying to book a medical here for over 2 months. To constantly be told everyone is on holiday. Promised call backs when "rotas were done" and never heard anything. Then called to be told they are fully booked. I wouldn't mind but the medical I was trying to book is a paid service. Don't trust them if you have any deadlines
