Absolutely first class service ,all laundry nicely packed,very reasonable prices with extremely nice and very helpful and polite staff,cannot recommended highly enough, they also offered delivery if I needed it!, by far the best laundry services in Dorset,will be using again for sure
I took a rug into be dry cleaned as recommended by the manufacturer. The staff pre-inspected the rug and and confirmed it could be dry cleaned. On picking it up the seam was damaged down one side, the rug was out of shape and had bunched. It is now written off. I highlighted this damage to the staff who said that they hadn't noticed this damage. One member of staff said to the senior staff member "shall I offer a discount" to which he said "No way". It's the first time I have used here and I feel really let down as a customer.Since this was written the owner has contacted me to apologise and offer ways to get this resolved. TBH I am very grateful for this direct response.

Fab service and great value. After moving house, I dropped off 2 enormous bin liners of washing and it was all washed, folded and ironed in 3 days. An absolute godsend and the people are friendly and helpful. Brilliant!
