I'm really not imoresimp with this company at all. I ordered from their eBay shop. The items never arrived. Eventually got given a refund after being told yeah we'll send them, yeah they'll be back in stock soon. The order has been cancelled in eBay so I can't even leave feedback to warn others of their awful customer service (incidentally when I said the items haven't arrived I get "look at our feedback, it's really good" yeah, I bet it is if you stop customers actually having the opportunity to leave you bad feedback!). Now I'm left wondering whether the items will ever arrive as it get "we'll send them when they're back in stock". Total rubbish. The products are amazing, such a good idea, but I will sure as hell be ordering from another company now. People wonder why we go for Chinese sellers, well at least their customer service is better. Dreadful experience and very disappointed.
