UNTRUSTWORTHY company. DO NOT use this company for gas bottles. Purchased a gas bottle and actually said felt as empty as one returned but trusted them. Nothing in it. Went back said they would do nothing and a gas bottle wasn't even purchased that week. I explained I have a bank statement proving this but would do nothing. Think I need to make up a story for 25 !!! Ridiculous. Will never use this untrustworthy company again. Couldn't leave no stars! ......Since above review I managed to speak to the other branch who were as usual, very helpful and sorted out for me and replaced. What a shame his staff arent as helpful and friendly as him.
Very frustrating, not all products have prices on! So have to watch what they are charging!They tried charging me over 17 for two wheel barrow inner tubes today! So got two on ebay for 5.99 with free delivery! I like to use small / local businesses, but when they are being so so greedy, you have to draw a line.Most of the staff are helpful, a couple not so!!

Service has gone down hill. Seems to better at the Bere Regis store.
