Helpful service kept informed of all work's
Incredible customer service! My car broke down in Dorchester and Green Flag wanted to take me to their garage in Crewkerne to get it fixed. I rang Blandford MOT centre and they said they could look at the car the next morning, the recovery truck took my car there while I went to work and when I got home at 8pm I got a call to say my car was already sorted! This was brilliant and saved me lots of hassle getting to work the next morning. I've never known any garage to make such an effort out of hours. I will definitely be taking our family vehicles here again.
Appalling. Took my son's 16th birthday present motorcycle for new mot and it came back with throttle almost ripped off. Will no longer start or run so now have to find him a new motorcycle before his birthday thanks to this "garage".Rude mechanic, said he had trouble starting the bike and made a total fuss about not wanting to work with the brand of the bike due to difficult to distinguish vin numbers. Go somewhere else!!! Lots of other mot centres around with much better service and staff!
Absolutely appalling service, they couldn't work out how to open the rear doors of my van so refused to issue an MOT, it isn't rocket science either - you just press a button on the key fob for 2 seconds, the same as most vehicles!!!They are supposed to be mechanics so if opening doors poses something of a problem then I can only assume the standard of their workmanship is appalling also.From start to finish the mechanic was also rude, arrogant and extremely obnoxious, I really feel they had no intention of wanting to carry out the MOT in the first place.I thoroughly do not recommend them, they are useless, go anywhere else but here.
