Very professional dealer - nothing was too much for them - The exchange was very smooth & we are very excited about our new purchase. Both Les (sales) & Nigel were very professional with Nigel going through the new caravan very thoroughly ensuring that we knew as much as was possible.
Delighted with the handover of our new caravan, it was dealt with both efficiently and courteously by both Les and Nigel. We felt that they really cared about us and took real efforts to ensure all went well.
Good experience very helpful staff gave us plenty of time to browse. I would recommend. When we purchased our van we were given 2 free nights at Wareham Forest. Couldn't ask for more.
I will fill this in later with photos... It arrived in NZ filthy and I have been spending hours trying to clean it to make it presentable. Not impressed. We bought 2 caravans at the same time, both supposedly inspected Our UK based caravan had to have all the ceiling hatch seals replaced with the first downpour of rain as the caravan was flooded. Our first day out in it, and the fridge wasn't working ... It needed a new controller.
Went there today to look at a 43k motorhome. The gent in the sales office could barely show me any less interest. It wasn't raining, it wasn't cold. Reluctance to engage with a prospective customer is the cardinal sin of a sales person. I asked a couple of questions i.e. mileage and it felt like I had asked him to stick his pen in his eye. Frankly I expected more. Also analysing your prospect based on what they are wearing or driving is also another dreadful mistake to make. Won't be going back In a hurry!
